Amberstone Security becomes security partner for Midcounties Co-operative across its UK heartlands estate

Amberstone Security is delighted to announce that it has been selected and secured a security services contract with the largest independent co-operative in the UK Midcounties Co-operative.

It will be providing numerous security services across their network throughout England with over 300 stores and almost 700,000 members helping to keep customers and staff safe whilst they shop and work.

Amberstone Security impressed during a rigorous tender process, competing against several other UK leading security companies. Our data-driven approach ensures we save our clients’ money whilst simultaneously reducing risk by supplying security officers, crime management services and remote monitoring solutions to the Midcounties stores.

Rupert Newman, Chief Retail Officer at The Midcounties Co-operative, said: “The safety of our colleagues, customers and members – that’s why we’re making such a significant investment to help prevent crime occurring in our stores and ensure that when incidents do happen, the perpetrators are held to account.
