JLL has appointed Nick Winter as its head of UK Project & Cost Management and Net Zero Design Consulting.
In his new role, Nick will be responsible for leading a national team of project, development and decarbonisation experts across of a variety of sectors to deliver lasting value from built assets.
Nick joins from Unispace where he was the Regional MD for Northern Europe. Prior to his tenure at Unispace, he spent eight years with CBRE in leadership roles.
Nick replaces Aimee Baker who has led the team for the last three years and has transitioned into a new role in New Zealand, responsible for leading and expanding JLL’s Project and Development Services business there.
