DMA Group has been appointed to Fusion21’s Workplace and Facilities Management Framework, securing a position on Lot 4 – Building Engineering Services. This national framework, valued at up to £700 million over the next four years, provides an essential procurement solution for organisations seeking expert management of non-domestic buildings, from individual sites to extensive property portfolios.
Fusion21 has carefully selected 45 specialist firms—40% of which are SMEs—for this third iteration of the framework, which has been designed to build on previous successes. The framework supports a range of hard and soft facilities management services, helping to optimise the operation of public buildings across multiple sectors. By securing their place on the framework, DMA Group is now a pre-approved supplier, offering streamlined access to their comprehensive Building Engineering Services for organisations within the Fusion21 network.

To date, Fusion21 has delivered more than £200 million in social impact and created over 13,550 employment outcomes, going beyond the requirements of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 to make a tangible difference.
