Total Environmental Compliance Ltd (TEC), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has been working in the social housing sector for 30 years, delivering essential water hygiene and legionella compliance services to thousands of properties up and down the country.
BPHA is a housing association located in the Oxford to Cambridge arc, which is committed to providing its customers with high quality, energy efficient, sustainable and affordable housing. After a successful two-year contract beginning in 2022, BPHA was delighted to extend the partnership for another two years.
In 2022, TEC’s specialists began work to provide a comprehensive programme of water hygiene compliance services, including legionella risk assessments and remedial actions across 112 BPHA properties. Meeting BPHA’s key priorities, TEC’s specialists were able to achieve swift mobilisation within just three weeks.
The collaboration between BPHA and TEC led to significant improvements in Legionella compliance and water hygiene services. By enhancing communication, streamlining property access and implementing rigorous safeguarding policies, TEC has continuously met BPHA’s requirements effectively.
