Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to deliver specialist electrical services at Fresh Wharf, a major riverside office development on the north bank of the Thames, just minutes from London’s Square Mile.
The 120,000 square-foot scheme, set across ten floors, has been carefully designed to provide a sustainable, best-in-class workplace with premium amenities and strong transport links. Enhancements to the public realm will create a greener, more engaging setting, befitting its prominent waterside location.
Formerly known as St Magnus House, the original building was designed by Richard Seifert. Following redevelopment, the new offices are scheduled to open in 2026.
As part of the contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a new lightning protection system, safeguarding the building and its occupants against electrical storms.
