The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has again been recognised for its commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, receiving the Gold Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) Award from enei – the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion – for the fifth year running. |
The TIDE framework measures performance across key areas of workplace inclusion, and achieving gold highlights the continual progress NHSBSA has made in embedding diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation. In addition, NHSBSA ranked first among entries from both the public sector and healthcare, demonstrating continued sector-leading performance. Michael Brodie, Chief Executive of the NHSBSA, said: “I’m immensely proud that we’ve achieved the Gold TIDE Award for the fifth year in a row. This recognition reflects the dedication and passion of colleagues across the NHSBSA who live our values every day and ensure diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we do. Creating an environment where everyone feels they belong is central to our mission. “To be ranked number one from entries in both the public and healthcare sectors is a particularly special achievement, and it supports our goal of being the best place any of us have worked.” NHSBSA’s success as a gold winner reflects its ongoing commitment to ensuring colleagues feel safe, supported, and valued, and to being an inclusive employer. |
