UK Dry Risers Maintenance (UKDRM), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has completed a dry riser installation at a new development in Maldon, Essex.
The project was delivered in line with BS 9990 standards, with the system fully pressure-tested, certified and handed over ready for use by Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (ECFRS).
ECFRS is one of the UK’s largest fire and rescue services, covering a population of more than 1.7 million people across 1,338 square miles. Its 50 fire stations – a mix of wholetime and retained – provide emergency cover across both urban centres and rural communities.
The installation in Maldon ensures the building is equipped with a reliable, compliant fire safety system, supporting both the developer and local fire service in protecting people and property.
