Integral Cooling Tech has appointed Mathew Noon as Divisional Director, responsible for leading the specialist cooling and refrigeration business across the UK.
Noon will oversee the strategic and operational performance of Integral Cooling Tech. His focus will be on driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships and delivering high-performing services across key sectors.
Integral Cooling Tech forms part of JLL’s Workplace Management business in the UK. While Integral’s engineering, projects and soft services operations have integrated into the JLL brand, the specialist cooling and refrigeration business continues to operate under the Integral name to support its strong growth within critical environments and temperature-controlled sectors.
Noon began his career as an aircraft engineer in the Royal Navy before moving into the refrigeration industry 17 years ago. Since then, he has built extensive operational and commercial experience, including leading a national industrial service department for a major manufacturer.
He joined Integral in 2021 as Service Director for industrial refrigeration and was appointed Refrigeration Director in January 2025. In these roles, he has played a key part in developing the Integral Cooling Tech business and strengthening its operational capabilities.
