Chantelle will establish and lead PTSG’s Commercial Excellence function, providing independent governance, assurance and continuous improvement across its commercial activities. Working across operational delivery, commercial management, finance, legal support and senior leadership, she will help strengthen consistency, capability and commercial discipline throughout the Group.

Richard Butler has also taken on an expanded remit, becoming Procurement and Facilities Manager. Alongside his existing responsibility for procurement across indirect spend and fleet, Richard will now oversee PTSG’s property estate and significant facilities projects, providing Group-level coordination, governance and support as the organisation continues to grow.

Within PTSG’s Customer Success Team, Sofia Abbas has been promoted to Head of Key Accounts & Client Performance.

Sofia joined PTSG 15 years ago and has built considerable experience across the business. In her new role, she will lead key account activity and strengthen the way PTSG supports, mobilises, develops and measures performance across some of its most important customer relationships.

She has already played an important role in the successful mobilisation of major contracts including ISS DWP, Arcus and the Amey Ministry of Justice contract. Sofia is also one of the inaugural delegates on PTSG’s new Lean Sigma Green Belt programme.

Rachel Reynolds has been promoted to Team Leader within the same team. The appointment recognises Rachel’s professionalism, collaborative approach and consistent delivery, including the strong relationships she has developed through her work with Arcus.

The appointments will strengthen PTSG’s commercial governance, operational support and customer leadership while helping the Group maintain consistency and high standards as it continues to expand.
