Richard Irvin joins almost 10,000 businesses that have pledged to pay the voluntary rate to help their staff with the cost of living.
The facilities management business has been certified by the Living Wage Foundation as an Accredited Living Wage employer in the United Kingdom. Richard Irvin employs 210 people in the UK across our offices in sites and currently pay at least the real living wage to all of our employees.
The real Living Wage is an hourly rate of pay set independently and updated annually (not the UK government’s National Living Wage). It is calculated according on the cost of everyday essentials of living in the UK, and employers choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis.
