Darenth Valley Building Services, the commercial property and maintenance company operating in London and the Southeast, has invested in a new business development manager as part of its growth strategy.
Sean Butler has been appointed as senior estimator and business development manager to work with existing and new clients to ensure contract retention and build new relationships.
He will also work with subcontractors and suppliers to build long standing relationships and manage a seamless supply chain to ensure quotes are competitive and innovated. The company states that it is imperative that it continues to offer value to its clients.
Mr Butler brings several year’ background in hard FM service delivery and said: “I am delighted to join the well-respected Darenth Valley team and work alongside its existing clients whilst continuing to grow the businesses.”
