The facilities management arm of the Barnsdales Group, Barnsdales FM has commenced the roll out and implementation of the market leading field service management software Joblogic.
Gareth Farmer, Director of Barnsdales FM, said: “Our facilities management business has seen exceptional growth over the last two years and last year alone the business grew by 40%! As a result of this growth and our continuous strive to improve our service offering we have taken the step to implement this dedicated field service management software and we couldn’t be more excited.
“We anticipate the role out will be complete by the end of June which will see the majority of our field and site based staff operating this software on tablets and those based in our network of offices on laptops and PCs. This will ensure we have 100% up to the minute transparency on all the jobs we are involved with and will also assist with compliance and the storage of records.
“Once fully implemented we will have the capacity and capability to push on with our growth plans in the FM business and already have some exciting new opportunities under review.”
