Workplace Services appoints managing director

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management, the workplace and property management service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Denny as managing director of its Workplace Services business.

Comprising supply chain, client service centre and mobilisation capabilities, the Workplace Services business delivers the full range of integrated FM and estates services, resulting in cost, compliance, carbon, and customer experience improvements for diverse customers.

He assumed the role on 1 June and reports to Bellrock Group chief executive officer Paul Bean.

Mr Denny joins from Sodexo, where where he spent six years as head of sales Asia Pacific for the Corporate Services business, employing 54,000 people and working across 12 territories. As well as winning business, he set up and ran a project management business and a workplace consultancy.

Prior to this, Mr Denny was at G4S and other outsourcing companies following a career in the British army where he served as a major. He has lived and worked in four countries and brings a wealth of integrated services experience. Mr Denny holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management and an Honours degree from Exeter University.
