YardNine and Partners Group has appointed Flex by JLL to deliver its flexible workspace and amenities experience offering at EightyFen. Customers will have the choice of office suites on the ground and seventh floors as well as managed event and meeting spaces.
The flexible offering will comprise of three self-contained and pre-fitted office suites, totalling over 10,000 sq ft, which will be furnished with breakout and collaboration areas, teapoints and dedicated meeting space. The forum space, which can be used for events, is 5,000 sq ft and has been designed to suit a range of activities such as innovation workshops, townhall events and conferences, and includes lounge and breakout spaces.
EightyFen’s flexible customers will benefit from a bespoke space programme, uniquely crafted to achieve their goals and strategies. Additionally, they will have access to a range of best-in-class amenities joining high-profile buildings tenants including Aviva, Royal London, Arcadis and Hampshire Trust Bank. The building is also home to Old Spike Roastery and Farmer J.
