phs joins a list of 52 organisations who have achieved the Princess Royal Awards Standard in 2024, showing the company’s commitment to investing in people. Over 600 employers registered their interest, of whom 127 applied for the awards..

With phs’s purpose being Putting people at the heart of our products and services, this recognition underscores the transformative power of effective training and fostering talent.

This accolade stands as a testament to the dedication and innovation of the company’s Learning and Development team, particularly Neil Andrews, phs Learning and Development Partner, who developed their standout LEAP programme for first line leaders. A programme that has also achieved ILM recognition.

phs delegates, with their inspiring stories of development and growth, played a crucial role in demonstrating the impact of LEAP to the assessors, ahead of the judging by HRH The Princess Royal.

The journey to achieving the standard was not without its challenges. phs embarked on a rigorous assessment process that included detailed feedback, iterative improvements to their application, and a visit where their programme, trainers, delegates, and the application team were asked to evidence the application. They came through with flying colours.
