Edmund Services is thrilled to kick off 2025 with fantastic news! Following a competitive tender process, they have announced that they have been awarded the maintenance agreement for the prestigious West End Gate site in Paddington, on behalf of their long-standing client, Lee Baron.
Situated moments from Marylebone and Little Venice, West End Gate is a landmark development by Berkeley Homes, offering a collection of luxury apartments set around private landscaped gardens. Residents benefit from world-class amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, private cinema, swimming pool, gym, and spa. This phase marks the beginning of Berkeley Homes’ ambitious plans to regenerate the gateway to London’s West End.
As part of the agreement, Edmund Services will be delivering comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical maintenance, with a dedicated on-site team ensuring that this prestigious development meets the highest standards. Site-based engineers will also oversee full defects management on behalf of their client, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
