Halifax-based property maintenance company MSL not only cares passionately about serving its clients and caring for the nation’s properties but as a local employer, it’s passionate about supporting the local community, which includes an ongoing commitment to Overgate Hospice – the area’s local hospice and a charity close to its heart.
Overgate Hospice has recently embarked on an extraordinary mission to transform end-of-life care in Calderdale. Their Big Build project aims to create a state-of-the-art hospice facility that meets the growing needs of the community, ensuring every patient receives the compassionate care they deserve.
As a corporate sponsor, the team at MSL are encouraged and supported to get involved with fundraising activities, most recently participating in a color run which saw the team doused in colored powder as they ran 5km and raising over £1,600 for the Hospice.
MSL also recently sponsored a Calderdale Council roundabout sign. Located in the heart of the community for all to see, the aim is to spotlight Overgate Hospice and MSL’s commitment to supporting the transformation of end-of-life care in the community.
