Tilbury Douglas has announced the winners of this year’s Inspiring People Awards, celebrating colleagues who consistently go above and beyond to make a difference.
The awards received a record-breaking number of nominations, reflecting the exceptional pride, teamwork, and innovation displayed by the company’s people. After the Executive Committee selected the shortlists, the winners were chosen by the Board and announced at a special ceremony held in Birmingham, recognising outstanding achievements across the business.
