The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s leading employers, securing a Top 10 (#7) spot on the UK’s 25 Best Big Companies to Work For list and ranking third in Best Not-for-Profit Organisation to Work For.
Best Companies evaluates organisations based entirely on colleague feedback, measuring workplace engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture. The recognition demonstrates the NHSBSA’s commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported.
