Amiri Homes has been appointed as the Principal Contractor for housing association VIVID’s new residential development at Chapel Hill, Basingstoke.
The scheme will deliver 73 high-quality new homes, together with associated infrastructure, hard landscaping and soft landscaping works, creating a vibrant new community, in an excellent location close to Basingstoke town centre.
Working in partnership with VIVID, the development will transform the former Lakeham Healthcare site into an attractive neighbourhood of contemporary apartments and maisonettes, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of residents while helping to address the growing demand for affordable housing across the region.
The homes have been carefully designed to provide high-quality, sustainable homes, incorporating energy-efficient construction methods, renewable technologies and quality materials.
Beyond delivering much-needed homes, the development will also enhance the local environment through thoughtfully designed public spaces and comprehensive hard and soft landscaping, creating a welcoming place for residents and the wider community.
