Integral Cradles has reached a new milestone in its long-standing partnership with Multiplex, with the façade access specialist now involved in 16 projects across London on behalf of the construction giant.
The latest addition to this extensive portfolio is Vista, a major mixed-use development on London’s South Bank. Multiplex is leading delivery of the scheme for Mitsubishi Estate London Limited and CO-RE London as main contractor, with the project designed by Make Architects.
Vista will provide 640,000 sq ft of workspace, cultural amenities and new public spaces overlooking the Thames, creating what is billed as a transformative destination on the South Bank. The scheme comprises a six-storey podium with two stacked towers, rising 13 storeys on the riverside and 26 storeys to the south, with a façade designed to echo the horizontal layering found elsewhere on the South Bank.
The development will accommodate up to 4,500 workers across workspaces designed with wellbeing and collaboration in mind, including balcony access, a communal roof terrace and extra-high ceilings. The first three floors will house the affordable “London Studios”, providing a new centre for the production and showcasing of cultural media.

Integral Cradles’ work with Multiplex spans some of London’s most recognisable developments, from Principal Tower and One Blackfriars to One Nine Elms and New Zealand House, reflecting a partnership built over many years and across a wide range of building types.
