Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has appointed Mark Hardisty as Installation Director, Projects at Trinity Fire & Security, as the business strengthens its installation operations to support continued growth.
Mark moves into the role from a senior operational position within PTSG Fire Solutions, having joined the Group last year. He brings extensive experience from a successful career in senior project management and leadership roles across the construction and mechanical and electrical sectors.
The appointment comes as Trinity Fire & Security introduces a more focused structure across its Installation business, creating two dedicated areas covering Projects and Works.
Mark will lead the Projects teams, while Andy Moir will lead the Works teams. The new structure is designed to provide clearer accountability and greater specialist focus, strengthening delivery performance, improving efficiency, reducing lead times and enhancing service for customers.
Mark has already made a strong contribution since joining PTSG, bringing significant operational and project expertise alongside a strong understanding of customer requirements.
His promotion also reflects PTSG’s continued focus on developing talent from within and creating opportunities for colleagues to progress as the Group grows.
