Vertas Group launches its HSQE Strategy

Vertas Group is delighted to announce the launch of its new Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy ‘Making the Difference Safely’ for 2022 to 2025. The strategy has been developed to support the company’s key values, strategic business planning and People Strategy.

‘Making the Difference Safely’ has been devised to motivate colleagues to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group’s SAFE Management System. The strategy introduces the SAFE Objectives which will deliver a safer and more sustainable workplace, and build a culture of excellence throughout the Group.

The SAFE objectives driven by the Group objectives and our corporate values:

  • Accountability – communicate roles and responsibilities at all levels, to ensure colleagues understand they must work safely and sustainably at all times, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Family – consistently reduce the risks to the Vertas Family so they can be safe, be sure, be healthy, and return home safely to their loved ones every day.
  • Excellence – Inspire a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the Group.

The strategy provides the key focus points for health, safety, and wellbeing over the next three years.  The full strategy can be found on Vertas Group’s website here.
