Ergro has announced its latest maintenance contract win at Percy Street, London.
The scope of the contract includes monthly attendance to the commercial building, looking after all the M&E equipment, for a minimum of 2 years from May 2023, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance to:
- Emergency lighting, Lighting controls and Electrical Services including Solar PV
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Services
- Hot and Cold water Services including Water Hygiene
- Life safety systems including Fire Alarms, Fire Dampers, Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Ventilation Services
- CCTV Systems, Access Control and Alarms Services
A spokesperson said: “Ergro is extremely proud of securing this maintenance contract, which will result in developing an even stronger relationship with the client. This clearly demonstrates our ability to provide reliable, high-quality, asset data driven service levels to a diverse range of environments.”
