Specialist property managers Lee Baron have been appointed by Colour House, a new development in Dalston, to manage their new portfolio of residential loft-spaces.
Lee Baron’s remit will include the day-to-day estate management of the lofts and residential spaces, including the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas and ensuring compliance with all the latest health and safety legislation.
Colour House, developed by Urban & Urban Properties Limited, who offer a series of contemporary living spaces, stylishly designed lofts apartments, fitted with luxury ensuite bathrooms and open-plan areas.
The building, previously the headquarters of Leyland SDM, is situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Dalston. Located right on the doorstep of Dalston Junction Station, Colour House offers access to key London hubs with Liverpool Street, Kings Cross and Oxford Circus at the 20-minute mark, and Farringdon, Canary Wharf and Victoria reachable in under 30 minutes.
