Richard Irvin FM is pleased to announce that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Facilities Management & Workplace Services DPS. This DPS complements the existing Facilities Management Marketplace framework and provides customers with a range of procurement solutions.
It is anticipated the framework will offer a pipeline of £500m for a wide range of works and services for public sector estates, such as maintenance, response repairs, supply and installation works.
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
