We are pleased to announce that RIFM Housing Services Division have recently been awarded two prestigious contracts with two new clients.
Through the PFH Framework we have been successful in tendering the Annual Heating Servicing and All Inclusive Repairs & Maintenance Contract for domestic council properties for East Lothian Council. This is a potential 5-year contract covering over 9,000 properties across the council area.
We have also been successful in tendering the Key Housing Association Gas Maintenance & Repair Contract (North Area), another 5-year contract!
