Hard FM service provider Jaguar has announced it was successful in its submission to Lucent for a hard services contract.
The company will provide mechanical and electrical services to the newly developed building, located behind the iconic Piccadilly Lights in London. The site is comprised of 110,000 sq ft of office, apartment and retail spaces and was officially opened on 12 October.
The essence of sustainability is embedded in the planning, building, and daily management of the facility, said the company. It accommodates more than 600 plants, featuring an open-air atrium with a striking Whitebeam tree in the centre.
Associate director Robbie Kitson said:
“Our established mobilisation team have already begun work at Lucent to ensure that the site is set up and ready to go. We look forward to working alongside Landsec to provide a bespoke M&E solution for this prestigious building.”
