Spectrum Services Solutions has been awarded a new contract from existing client, Knight Frank, further solidifying their strong working relationship. This new contract encompasses the provision of cleaning, consumables, pest control, and sanitary services at Sutherland House in St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
Sutherland House is a multi-tenant office building that has recently undergone a significant transformation, including upgrades to lifts, plant, and machinery, as well as a complete refurbishment of the reception and common areas.
Knight Frank is a globally renowned property consultancy with a vast portfolio of commercial properties under its management worldwide.
Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, was delighted with the contract extension and said: “Knight Frank is a valued client with which we have worked for many years.
