Trinity achieves net zero at two operational bases

Trinity, part of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, is delighted to announce that two of its operational bases, located in the midlands and the south-west, have achieved net zero carbon.

Trinity is one of the leaders in the Group for sustainable initiatives and its net zero strategy continues as its teams work through their entire locations. Their target is to achieve net zero across the company by 2030.

Recently, Trinity announced that it now uses electronic logbooks to sign visitors in and out at their offices, eliminating the need for paper records. This is also a service Trinity offers to its clients. Employee business cards are now also QR codes on mobile phones, rather than physical cards. All these initiatives are slowly but surely eliminating the use of paper in the workplace.

Since 2024, 55 trees have been planted on Trinity’s behalf as part of an initiative from their uniform supplier, Streamline, to reduce CO2 emissions.

Trinity has a dedicated Net Zero Strategy Team, welcoming employees to participate in their carbon reduction plan.

The team is made up of colleagues from various areas of the business, including Managing Director Adam Davies. Their monthly meeting (via Teams) is led by SHEQ Director, Steve Spill. All attendees have completed carbon reduction and achieving net zero online training courses.

Trinity has also provided E-learning courses to all employees on the environment, energy and net zero.
