Structadene awards The Clean Space with a landmark £1.2m contract

Structadene, the well-established private property business with a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the UK, has awarded The Clean Space with a significant contract to provide cleaning and associated services at their 170 plus sites across London, including their prestigious Head Office on White Lion Street.

Under the terms of the contract The Clean Space will deliver a full range of soft FM services including common parts cleaning, window cleaning, washroom hygiene, and high-level access window cleaning across their portfolio.  Structadene chose The Clean Space because of its digital reporting capabilities, flexible approach to site management and its dedicated in-house maintenance division, providing rapid response and proactive site care.

The Clean Space will use a digital platform to provide their Property Managers with full visibility of cleaning schedules and real time reports, delivering complete transparency across the whole contract.
