Two specialist businesses within Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) have secured a joint contract to deliver an extensive package of fire safety services for ForHousing, a major social housing provider managing 19,000 homes across the North West.
The collaboration sees engineers from Neo and Trinity Fire & Security Systems working together to provide both passive and active fire safety services, including full Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and associated remedial work.
ForHousing, which is committed to providing safe, secure and well-maintained homes for its tenants and communities, will benefit from the combined expertise of two PTSG companies operating as one integrated service provider.
The contract showcases the strength of PTSG’s multi-disciplinary model, enabling multiple specialist divisions to collaborate seamlessly on complex compliance requirements—delivering solutions that would be difficult for single-service providers to match.
The scope of work includes:
- Fire Risk Assessments (Types 1 & 3)
- Pre-Occupancy Reports
- Occupancy Reports
- Fire Door Surveys
- Further enhanced services planned for rollout in 2026
