New Catering Partner for Oxford College

St Cross College, one of Oxford University’s leading graduate colleges, has appointed Wilson Vale as its new catering partner, marking an exciting new chapter for food and hospitality across the College.

Renowned for its academic excellence and rich history, St Cross College has selected Wilson Vale to manage its full catering provision from January 2026, including the Dining Hall, student café and bar, as well as the extensive hospitality and events schedule. The partnership brings together two organisations united by a shared commitment to quality, community and care.

Located on St Giles’ in the heart of the city, St Cross College is home to over 650 students and approximately 150 fellows, in an intimate, friendly college environment. With students and fellows sharing facilities equally, the College is known for its open, inclusive culture that encourages the free exchange of ideas and experience. The College has a strong international profile, with more than half of its students coming from outside the UK and over 70 countries represented. Dedicated exclusively to graduate study, St Cross provides a haven of academic tranquillity that is closely integrated with the life of the wider University.

B Corp caterer Wilson Vale will bring its reputation for outstanding food and service to the College, with menus centred on fresh, seasonal dishes cooked by skilled chefs. Core ingredients will be sourced within a 50-mile radius where possible, alongside meaningful engagement with Oxford-based charities and the wider local community. The catering team will work closely with College committees and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional, responsive service for students, fellows and staff.
