Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has delivered the first of its 2026 scheduled Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training courses, reinforcing the group’s ongoing commitment to workplace wellbeing across its divisions.
The two-day course, held at PTSG’s Castleford HQ, welcomed colleagues from across the group.
Completing the course were Alanis Martin and James Lee (Water Treatment), Katie Smith (PTSG Renewals), Tom Stratford (NSS) and Harry Hughes (Electrical Services).
PTSG’s MHFA programme is designed to build awareness of mental health across the group and equip employees with the practical skills needed to provide early, effective support to colleagues. Qualified Mental Health First Aiders are trained to recognise the signs of mental ill health, offer initial support and signpost individuals to appropriate professional help where needed.
The programme forms part of a wider strategy to strengthen PTSG’s internal wellbeing network, to ensure colleagues feel supported at every level.
