Specialist fire door and passive fire protection company, Neo Property Solutions, a PTSG company, has secured a place on Eastern Procurement Ltd’s (EP) Fire Doors Lot – part of EP’s latest Windows & Doors Framework – strengthening PTSG’s position as a leading compliance partner for social housing providers across the East of England.

Following a competitive procurement process, Neo is among the select few appointed to the framework, reflecting the group’s commitment to quality, compliance and value for money in the sector.

Eastern Procurement is a trusted, one-stop procurement partner for social housing providers across the East of England. Through the Fire Doors Lot, Neo can now support EP members with the survey, design, manufacture and installation of fire doorsets – including composite, timber and Gerda manufactured fire doorsets in accordance with BS 8213-4:2016 – ensuring fire door replacements are delivered to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

The appointment is the latest milestone in PTSG’s wider social housing campaign, which brings together it’s five specialist divisions under one dedicated team. Housing providers working with PTSG benefit from a single point of contact – reducing contractor management burden and improving outcomes for residents.
