WPS Facilities Management has been appointed by Mercedes-Benz UK to deliver hard facilities management services across its UK headquarters in Milton Keynes and the iconic Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey, in a new three-year contract.
The appointment will see WPS provide planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, alongside project delivery, across both locations. The contract covers Mercedes-Benz UK’s head office in Milton Keynes – home to the company’s sales and marketing operations – and Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands, the customer experience destination that has welcomed more than 1.5 million visitors since opening in 2006.
The award reflects WPS’ growing reputation for delivering complex facilities management solutions across diverse private sector environments, where operational continuity and exceptional service standards are critical.
Jack Prady, Managing Director for WPS Facilities Management, said: “Mercedes-Benz is one of the world’s most respected brands, so we’re incredibly proud to have been selected as a trusted facilities management partner for these two flagship locations.
“Every organisation operates differently, and that’s exactly how we approach our work. We thrive in complex, high-performance environments where there’s no room for downtime. By combining technical expertise with intelligent maintenance planning and a proactive, data-led approach, we’ll help ensure these sites continue to operate safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
“Our role is to create the conditions that allow our customers to focus on what they do best, and we’re looking forward to supporting Mercedes-Benz over the next three years.”
Mercedes-Benz UK’s Milton Keynes headquarters is responsible for the sales and marketing of Mercedes-Benz cars, vans, parts and services across Britain, while Mercedes-Benz World offers visitors a unique destination featuring driving experiences, vehicle showcases and family attractions on the historic Brooklands circuit.
