The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) has welcomed seven new members, building further on its position as the UK’s leading association for the building controls sector. The new member companies are SysCon Limited, Electrical Concepts, P A Collacott & Co, Demma Group, adi Intelligent Buildings, Drake Controls and Energy Controls Solutions.
The association aims to promote the use of building controls as a key factor in the operational efficiency of buildings. Its members span the full range of companies operating in the building controls and building energy management systems (BEMS) sector, including system integrators and manufacturers.
Members have exclusive access to the BCIA Market Information Service (MIS), which provides unique data on the UK controls industry for BCIA members. Its latest report revealed the sector to be worth more than £835m to the UK economy in 2022, an 8% increase from 2021. BCIA membership also includes free membership of the Federation of Environmental Trades Association (FETA).
