Kendra Energy Solutions has acquired the Building Energy Management Systems and Remote Optimisation Centre division of Optimised Group in a move designed to strengthen its national service offering and expand its smart buildings capability.
The acquisition will see the existing senior management team and delivery personnel from Optimised’s BEMS and ROC division transfer to Kendra, supporting continuity for existing customers while broadening the company’s technical expertise and operational reach.
Kendra said the agreement significantly enhances its capabilities across building energy management systems, remote monitoring, analytics and optimisation services.
The acquisition will also expand the reach of Kendra’s Remote Optimisation Centre services across its national client base.
Operations will continue from the division’s existing regional offices in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire and Sittingbourne, Kent, maintaining local support and continuity for both customers and employees.
