PTSG Brings Full Compliance Offering to Housing ’26 for the First Time

PTSG is exhibiting at Housing ’26 this week, and for the first time the business is presenting its complete Total Compliance offering for the social housing sector under one roof.

From 23-25 June at Manchester Central, visitors to stand P39 will meet specialists from all five PTSG divisions – Access & Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access Specialists, Fire Solutions and Water Treatment – together for the first time at a social housing event under the #PTSGTogether banner.

It comes at a moment when compliance has never been under more scrutiny. Housing providers are managing extended obligations under Awaab’s Law, chasing certificates across multiple contractors, and weighing up the rising cost of reactive maintenance against a proactive, planned approach. PTSG’s approach is straightforward: one team, one point of contact, and full visibility across fire, water, electrical and access compliance instead of five separate suppliers and five separate headaches.

Housing providers attending the show are being invited to book a free compliance review with the team in advance, and demand has been strong – slots are filling up ahead of the event itself. Dave Knowles, Sales Director for Social Housing at PTSG, said anyone wanting to talk through what total compliance could look like for their portfolio is welcome to book a slot in advance, with the right specialist made available to meet them on site.

The exhibition also comes alongside fresh recognition for PTSG’s work in the sector. ECS, part of PTSG’s Electrical Services Division, has been shortlisted for Best Supplier to the Social Housing Sector at the 2026 ASCP Safety & Compliance Awards, run by the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals. The nomination centres on ECS’s long-running electrical compliance partnership with Amplius, one of the UK’s largest housing providers, covering around 15,000 homes across the Midlands, East and Southeast of England. Winners will be announced on 8 September at ICC Newport.

Between the Housing ’26 exhibition and the ASCP shortlisting, it’s a significant few months for PTSG’s social housing campaign – putting the case for an integrated, multi-division approach in front of the sector at exactly the moment compliance pressure is at its highest.
