VINCI Facilities has been appointed to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Facilities Management & Workplace Services framework (RM6232), which has been described as the UK’s largest FM framework.
VINCI Facilities has worked with the CCS for over eight years on previous frameworks. This new framework award means it can now tender on a range of individual contracts across 6 lots worth £1.5M and above.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Winning across six lots puts VINCI Facilities in a position where it can tender for a combination of Total FM, Hard and Soft Services. It builds on VINCI Facilities reputation for delivering on its commitments with customers secured through previous CCS frameworks such as the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Office of National Statistics, LocatED, The Royal Parks and Cadw.
Tony Raikes, Managing Director at VINCI Facilities, said: “Securing a place across six lots within this CCS framework is a testimony to the team behind the tender process but also a reward for the consistently high performing work our teams deliver across the whole of the public sector. We have a strong platform from which to build, and we look forward to participating in the opportunities within these lots as they arise.”
