Axis Europe – the property services provider – has passed the HIES accreditation process as confirmed by the HIES compliance department. Its gas engineers are now HIES accredited installers who will be able to provide valuable specialist gas services to their contracts; this adds to the company’s wealth of experience in covering industry subjects across the board.
HIES is a consumer protection organisation covering the installation of renewable energy and home energy efficiency products.
To become a HIES accredited installer, Axis had to pass stringent requirements. As a well-established company with great experience within the sector, Axis was able to demonstrate that it can maintain adequate financial resources. Upon acceptance of HIES membership, its installers are required to abide by the HIES Standard Terms of Membership and the Code of Practice (which outlines the requirements installers are required to follow during their customer’s journey, from the point of sale to the completion of the contract and end of guarantee period). HIES will carry out continuous vetting while the company’s installer’s membership is active.
