Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a specialist services project for a real estate asset and property manager with offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd carried out damper testing at One Trinity Gardens, Newcastle.
One Trinity Gardens is a landmark office building located in the heart of Newcastle Quayside. The available suites have undergone full refurbishment, including LED lights, new carpets, new ceiling tiles and full decoration. The reception area and common areas were all comprehensively refurbished in 2022.
