Core Maintenance Services, the specialist provider of mechanical and electrical maintenance services, has secured a three-year contract extension with global talent and advisory firm Odgers, continuing its delivery of integrated maintenance services across the client’s London headquarters and wider UK portfolio.
Operating from a flagship site in central London, Core Maintenance Services provides a fully managed service covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts, and statutory compliance across all building services assets.
The relationship between the two organisations dates back to 2012, when Core Maintenance Services supported the initial fit-out of Odgers’ London headquarters, establishing a strong working relationship.
Following a later period of inconsistent service delivery and multiple contractor changes, Core Maintenance Services was re-engaged to stabilise operations, implementing a structured mobilisation programme and introducing a consistent, engineering-led approach to maintenance and compliance.
Since then, the business has managed the site for over six years, with the new three-year extension reflecting continued service performance and client confidence.
Alongside the extension, Core Maintenance Services has commenced a phased air conditioning upgrade programme at the London headquarters, designed to improve energy efficiency, system reliability, and overall building performance as part of a longer-term asset management strategy.
In addition to supporting the London headquarters, Core Maintenance Services delivers maintenance services across Odgers’ regional locations nationwide, ensuring consistent standards of performance, compliance, and reporting.
Core Maintenance Services adopts a transparent and structured approach to contract delivery, underpinned by detailed asset reviews, clear cost breakdowns, and defined service delivery models, supported by robust mobilisation processes and ongoing performance monitoring.
Managing Director Steve Braddick said the extension demonstrates the value of consistency and technical expertise in long-term maintenance partnerships.
“Securing an extension like this reflects the importance of delivering a reliable and consistent service over time. Where clients have experienced challenges, it’s about restoring confidence quickly and maintaining high standards.
“Our focus is on understanding each site in detail and delivering a transparent, engineering-led service that supports compliance, system performance, and long-term asset value,” he said.
