Head of people role appointment confirmed

Dana Singer has been appointed as head of people atPortico,the specialist provider of high quality, tailored guest services, where she will assist the HR teams and aid development paths for the Portico team.

She will play a significant role in building Portico’s people strategy and pushing the business forward by developing and championing the culture roadmap for 2023, as well as ensuring people, practices, policies, and procedures are fit for purpose, inclusive, and are communicated and embedded within the DNA of the company.

Ms Singer joins the Portico family after more than six years working in people management at BaxterStorey, Portico’s sister company, as well as recently completing the Advanced Level 7 CIPD accreditation in Human Resource Management.
