Bellrock Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlo Alloni as its new CEO.
Carlo began his tenure on 21st August and joins Bellrock with an impressive track record, having held key leadership roles at Ericsson, Cable & Wireless, and Mitie. Known for his people-focused leadership and deep expertise in both technology and services, Carlo is widely recognised for his ability to inspire teams and lead business growth.

Carlo’s appointment follows the decision of Paul Bean to step down as CEO for family and health reasons. Paul will continue in an advisory capacity, ensuring a smooth transition and continuing to support Bellrock’s growth plans in a part-time role.
