Equans has renewed its partnership with Together Housing in a new three-year contract extension that will deliver significant improvements to hundreds of homes across Yorkshire, enhancing living spaces and improving quality of life for residents.
The contract, which commenced earlier this month, will see Equans deliver modern kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, as well as door and window replacements and external repairs to communal and outdoor areas.
This renewed partnership builds on the success of a previous refurbishment programme that has already seen over 1,750 homes improved since 2018. Under the new agreement, Equans will upgrade approximately 200 homes per year with new kitchens and bathrooms, further supporting Together Housing’s ambitions to create high-quality, resident-focused living environments.
Sean Corcoran, Regional Director at Equans UK & Ireland, said: “This renewed contract marks an important and considerable investment in existing homes across the region. Improvements like the ones carried out through this partnership make such a difference to residents, so we’re delighted to have played a part in making this programme such a success.”
Chris Smith, Assistant Director of Property Investment at Together Housing, added: “We’re delighted to be continuing our partnership with Equans to deliver even more modern, high-quality improvements to homes across Yorkshire. It’s great to see first-hand how these improvements are making a real difference to residents. We want residents to feel proud, comfortable and happy with where they live; that’s why we’re committed to involving residents in the process, so the changes reflect their needs and personal touch.”
Through this renewed partnership, Equans continues to play a key role in delivering regeneration and energy efficiency solutions that improve homes, reduce costs, and support healthier, more sustainable communities.
