Pinnacle Group Expands Property Management Portfolio with Nearly 200 Commercial Sites

Pinnacle Group is expanding its property management operations with the addition of almost 200 commercial and community focused properties to its portfolio.

The new instruction will see Pinnacle manage a diverse estate on behalf of Hyde Group following Hyde’s strategic investment in the business in October 2024.

Under the agreement, Pinnacle will oversee income collection, lease management, rent collection and compliance reporting across the portfolio.

The properties include a wide range of commercial and community assets that support local services and neighbourhood economies. The estate features children’s centres, nurseries, community centres, dance studios and office spaces, alongside retail and service units including grocers, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, opticians, post offices and beauty salons.

Most of the properties are located across London, with additional sites in Kent, the South of England and Peterborough.

Pinnacle said the agreement further strengthens its position as a provider of integrated housing, neighbourhood and workplace solutions.

Jim Saunders, Group Business Development Director at Pinnacle Group, said the contract reflects the company’s growing operational capability.

“This commercial property instruction demonstrates the growing scope and breadth of Pinnacle’s management capacity and capability,” he said.

“This new contract is a strong reflection of our evolving partnership with the Hyde Group and our shared commitment to creating well managed places that support thriving communities.”

Andy Hulme, Group Chief Executive Officer of Hyde Group, said Pinnacle’s experience managing mixed use environments made the company a strong fit for the portfolio.

“This instruction builds on our growing combined offer with Pinnacle Group,” he said.

“Their expertise in managing complex, mixed use environments gives us confidence that these assets will be managed to a high standard, supporting thriving community spaces and strengthening our collective offer to clients and customers.”

Pinnacle Group currently operates across more than 10,000 delivery sites and manages services connected to nearly 80,000 homes nationwide.

The latest agreement further expands the company’s presence in commercial property management while reinforcing its longer term growth strategy across mixed use and community focused estates.
