Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), through its specialist business Guardian Electrical Compliance, has been appointed to deliver electrical safety services at Aberdeen International Airport.
The new contract will see Guardian engineers carry out essential fixed wire testing across the busy transport hub, ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory requirements and helping maintain the highest safety standards.
Aberdeen International Airport, located just five miles from the city centre, serves nearly two million passengers annually and is a critical gateway to Scotland’s northeast and offshore energy sector. Operated by AGS Airports Ltd—alongside Glasgow and Southampton airports—the site comprises a main passenger terminal and multiple facilities dedicated to helicopter operations servicing the North Sea oil and gas industry.
Guardian Electrical Compliance will deploy its accredited expertise to ensure the airport’s electrical infrastructure remains safe, operational and fully compliant with regulatory obligations. The appointment reinforces PTSG’s ongoing role in safeguarding mission-critical infrastructure across the UK’s transport sector.
