Total Environmental Compliance (TEC), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has secured a two-year extension to its contract with BPHA, a leading housing association operating in the Oxford to Cambridge arc.
BPHA manages over 19,000 homes, providing high-quality, energy-efficient, and affordable housing solutions. Since being appointed by BPHA in 2022, TEC has delivered a full programme of water hygiene compliance services, including legionella risk assessments and remedial works across 112 properties.

This has enabled BPHA to meet its key performance indicators, ensuring the continued safety and compliance of its water systems.
