Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has achieved a double success at the PFM Partnership Awards 2025, winning in both categories for which it was shortlisted.
The Group received the Special Recognition Award for the exceptional work of Sales Director Tanya Matthews, whose leadership and innovation have driven significant progress across the organisation over the past year. Tanya’s coaching-led approach has helped create high-performing, resilient teams, while her focus on collaboration has strengthened client partnerships and supported sustainable growth.
Her initiatives, including the Trees for the Future campaign and the Menopause Champions programme, have advanced environmental responsibility and employee wellbeing, while the inaugural PTSG People event has set a new standard for inclusion and engagement across the business.
PTSG also won the Partners in Innovation Award, alongside ALTEC, for NSS’s pioneering siphonic drainage system delivered at the All England Lawn Tennis Club in Wimbledon. The project showcases how partnership and innovation can combine to deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions in the facilities management sector.
The awards were presented at a ceremony held on 5 November at The Brewery in London, hosted by television presenter and comedian Ellie Taylor.
These dual wins reinforce PTSG’s reputation as a leader in delivering safety-critical, high-quality specialist services across the built environment.
